I'M NOWOSAD

Nowosad is a Polish DJ and event producer based in Warsaw, known for projects such as Castle Rave and Afternoon. He merges technical expertise with artistic vision to craft immersive audiovisual experiences. His DJ sets blend House, Tech-House, and Minimal music, enhanced with subtle Indie elements. Distinctive features include deep grooves and basslines inspired by British club culture. In 2021, he founded AFTERNOON, a brand dedicated to high-quality stage technology, sound production, and event organization. It also includes a radio show that promotes Polish and European artists. Previously, he played a crucial role in the success of Pryzmat and Splot Słoneczny, projects that built a loyal following and significantly impacted the local music scene. His greatest achievement is Castle Rave, a series of events that have become a phenomenon on the Polish club scene. With unique scenography, unexpected venues, and meticulous attention to detail, Castle Rave is more than just a party—it’s a community and an unforgettable experience. Currently, he is focusing on Monkey Love Selection, a Warsaw-based project that broadens musical horizons, educates audiences, and captivates with its unique atmosphere and careful attention to detail.

SERIES FROM PODCASTS TO EVENTS

In 2021, wanting to focus all projects and elements of my activity, I created AFTERNOON, a new brand on the Polish music and culture scene - starting with professional stage technology and sound production, ending with the organization of cyclical events. The activity of AFTERNOON began with the gradual publication of podcasts from past events presenting the work of leading Polish and European artists. Willing to meet the expectations of the audience, creating a series of events that will be a departure from the classic form of clubbing. Both in terms of location and visual setting. I am striving to connect the participants of my existing projects, who expect much more than the events offered in Warsaw based on the same promoter schemes. Depending on the season, our events take a different form. In the current season, we are focusing on creating a more intimate, cozy atmosphere in unique spaces, which will be an escape from the autumn-winter melancholy.
