I'M NOWOSAD

I’m Nowosad, a DJ, event producer, stage manager, and audiovisual creator based in Warsaw. I’ve been active on the Polish music and culture scene for over a decade, working on both large-scale national events and independent cultural projects. My experience spans stage management, technical coordination, and creative production, which shapes the way I approach every event — as a cohesive audiovisual format rather than an isolated club night.

One of the key pillars of my work is AFTERNOON, a brand I founded in 2021 to unify all aspects of my activity — from professional stage technology and sound production to the organization of cyclical cultural events. Depending on the season, AFTERNOON takes different forms, from open concepts to more intimate gatherings in distinctive spaces.

Alongside my authorial projects, I run CR Events, an event production and creative agency delivering festivals, large-scale events, and brand activations. The agency combines creative direction with full technical execution and works with clients such as Martini, Jägermeister, Ferrari Poland, Adidas, Bugatti, and many others.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT CHAPTER

Another important chapter of my work is Castle Rave. What began as an experimental idea has grown into a well-recognized event and festival series on the Polish electronic music scene. Based on unexpected locations, distinctive scenography, and a high level of technical execution, Castle Rave functions today as both a recurring event series and a community built around shared experience and atmosphere.

Alongside these projects, I’ve created initiatives such as Pryzmat and Splot Słoneczny, which contributed to building engaged local audiences and long-term scene development. Between 2020 and 2021, I was also responsible for the artistic program, scenography, and lighting design of Wata Cukrowa, a seasonal club in Warsaw.

I’m also the creator of Monkey Love Selection, a Warsaw-based project focused on musical curation, sound quality, and atmosphere, designed as a space for attentive listening and audience education.

Across all projects, I focus on long-term quality, coherence, and building experiences that resonate beyond a single event.
